End of tenancy refurbishments.

Chippenham, Wiltshire.

Bathroom - As well as replacing items such as toilet seats, shower head, hose and screens and the bath panel, we renewed broken tiles and the grout, and repainted the room. All the sealants were removed and renewed.

Hallway and living area - with damage to the walls, some areas were either replastered or filled, sanded and the whole room was painted. An internal door was missing, so a new internal fire door was installed.

Kitchen - on arrival the kitchen was in need of a complete makeover. Whilst the units were salvageable, the work tops, sink, taps, tiles and doors were all replaced and the area was redecorated. All the sealants were removed and renewed.

The locks were also changed on the doors, and the flooring was taken up, which we then used a self-levelling compound before laying new polyflex vinyl floor tiles throughout.

Salisbury, Wiltshire.

Kitchen - in the kitchen of this property, we renewed the flooring and gave it a full redecoration.

Bedrooms - the main bedroom was stripped of layers of wallpaper, and after the walls were cleaned, was repainted, along with replacing the door. The second bedroom was also redecorated.

Living room - The fireplace was removed, with new framework made up to support new plasterboard which was then skimmed, painted and had ventilation installed. Like the other rooms in the bungalow, this had a fresh new look after being repainted.

In this property, all the sealants were renewed around the windows and sanitary areas, the whole property had new flooring latex ready for the new tenants and their choice of flooring, and we had a fun battle with the strimmer to tackle the wild garden!
